A rare pair of Klismos style "Cap" side chairs designed by Christian Liaigre and made by Mirak, circa mid 1990's. A modern take on the traditional Klismos chair, they have subtle design details like the squared off detail at the top of the front legs. The ash wood frame has a cerused finish with a weathered patina that makes them feel like a Jean Michel Frank chair from the 1930’s. The current seat fabric is warn and they are in need of reupholstery.
